Call 4bis: Investment Readiness Services (IRS) and follow up

Purpose
This call aims to select EEN partners to deliver Investment Readiness Support (IRS) to innovative SMEs. The support will include:
    • Supporting structured investment readiness services for at least 20 companies per voucher; 
    • Supporting T1 progress assessments and related follow-up advisory services for at least 10 companies per voucher. 
Funding
    • IRS Voucher – lump sum of EUR 8,000, supporting structured investment readiness services for at least 20 companies per voucher; 
    • T1 Follow-up IRS Voucher – lump sum of EUR 4,000, supporting T1 progress assessments and related follow-up advisory services for at least 10 companies per voucher. 
  • FSTP cap unchanged at €60,000 per third party.
Eligibility
The call is open to EEN partner organisations meeting the criteria defined in the call text. Applicants must have experience in supporting SMEs in investment readiness and access to finance.
 
Application process
Interested EEN partners are invited to submit their applications according to the guidelines provided.
Timeline
  • Applications must be submitted by 30 June 2027.
  • Proposals will be evaluated on a rolling basis starting from 8 July 2026.

Call 4: Investment Readiness Services (IRS)

Purpose
This call aims to select EEN partners to deliver Investment Readiness Support (IRS) to innovative SMEs. The support will include:
  • Organisation of IRS information sessions.
  • Follow-up support for participating SMEs, using the harmonised IRS Toolkit developed by EEN2EIC.
Funding
  • €8,000 per package (1 session + follow-up support).
  • FSTP cap unchanged at €60,000 per third party.

The call is open to EEN partner organisations meeting the criteria defined in the call text. Applicants must have experience in supporting SMEs in investment readiness and access to finance.
