Call 4: Investment Readiness Services (IRS)
This call aims to select EEN partners to deliver Investment Readiness Support (IRS) to innovative SMEs. The support will include:

Organisation of IRS information sessions.

Follow-up support for participating SMEs, using the harmonised IRS Toolkit developed by EEN2EIC.

€8,000 per package (1 session + follow-up support).
-
FSTP cap unchanged at €60,000 per third party.
The call is open to EEN partner organisations meeting the criteria defined in the call text. Applicants must have experience in supporting SMEs in investment readiness and access to finance.
Interested EEN partners are invited to submit their applications according to the guidelines provided.

Applications must be submitted by 30 June 2026.

Proposals will be evaluated on a rolling basis starting from 17 November 2025.

Each selected organisation may deliver several packages, within the overall FSTP cap of €60,000 per third party.
One package consists of:

Organisation of one IRS information session for SMEs.

Follow-up support to participating SMEs, using the EEN2EIC IRS Toolkit.
Only Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) partner organisations are eligible.
No. The FSTP framework remains unchanged. The only update is the introduction of the €8,000 package for IRS support.
Applications must be submitted by 30 June 2026. However, proposals will be evaluated on a rolling basis starting from 17 November 2025.
